I am so disappointed in the INXS that I thought I understood on that night. I thought they cared what fans thought. I thought they wanted to write new music and I thought they loved JD as much as we all did. I will never forgive them for this latest of charades--the Original Sin Tour. They made all of us hopeful that they were willing to progress with JD who won the RS: INXS show. Why would they behave this way? I have no idea. What I do know is that I didn't buy the Original Sin CD. I can't stand the new song, "Tiny Summer." I think that song is like a bad dream. And they thought Stop/Go was bad. . . . Okay, so that is the only song in the world that "Tiny Summer" is better than. If I want to hear bad U2 imitations I can find that anywhere and would not expect it from INXS. I know that the lyrical genious was Michael's, but I can't understand how a band could have writen lyrics such as, "but if I hurt you, I'd make wine from your tears" and then end up singing about "Clarabell and the Daffadils." I feel sorry for INXS. They gave up on the best thing that happened to them since the death of the amazing Michael Hutchence. And I have sadly now given up on them. I love the friends I have made here at this site and through the rock star show. I will always remember fondly the shows I got to see with those friends and with my mother who never knew anything about INXS until the show. But I will never be able to celebrate this day or anything INXS related as enthusiastically ever again. Thank you, Tim, Jon, Andrew, Kirk and Gary for ruining my memories of INXS! I hope you are happy with all that you have accomplished. I expected to be celebrating 6 glorious years of INXS becoming complete again, and instead I'm stuck with the notion that INXS is not listening to us anymore. They involved their fans in helping them choose a frontman to move forward with, and they've let him go twice. And they haven't even bothered to address this. BSC and loving it.

Or that monstrosity that she wrote for the show? Those are possibly the worst ever so even though I really hate "Tiny Summer", it has a long way to go to be that bad. But, yeah. Thanks for introducing us to JD, INXS, hopefully he will live up to his promise and release a great CD (even if it is only great to us). I won't thank you for anything else, INXS, because you don't deserve my thanks.
