I think Red Wings might be the album cover... I'm not entirely sure why.. I just think its a lot more subtle or something.. It stands out, without making it too obvious what it is.. I'm not making sense... but i think it would make people pick up the cd to see what it is.. gather more interest... hmm.. well.. It makes sense in my mind lol Why I don't think it's Tied Up, as I know a few people think it will be.. I think it is one of the greatest pictures out of them all... I can just picture it in the booklet or sleeve inside the cover... I just get that kind of feel from it.. Or I could just be completely wrong... Which is highly likely! haha

I love Tied up, but I think that the lyrics might all be from the same song so I thought it might not be best for the cover. I'm not sure though. I like them all. The one JD has id'd on his myspace is the blurry pretty one. I'm not a huge fan of that one. I know it's artsy, but I would prefer that folks could see him if he's going to be on the cover. I hope that makes sense. I like the wing span one too! Hart to narrow it to just one. I picked the one I thought was the most striking image. The blurry photo wouldn't draw me over to the CD rack to see it up close.

Most covers are white or black or or have a picture of some sort on the front so I can see the appeal of the green, blurry picture. It will stand out. The red one is actually quite beautiful but it would be hard to put lettering on it. This is the reason I can see why he didn't pick "Tied Up". Where are you going to put the title other than down one side? It makes it kind of busy with all the other words all over it. Personally, I liked #1 although I voted for #3. I think #1 is clean, and the expression on JD's face leaves lots to the imagination. Is he looking at his killer? Is he frightened? What is he looking at? The trouble is that it's black and white which doesn't make it stand out. So I can see the attraction to the green, it's going to stand out against the others if it gets placed on the wall with the other new releases. However, if I had been advising him I would definitly have chosen #1. There is something about it that draws the eye.

I like the wistfullness of one and I can totally see it as an album cover (all that empty space at the side) but for me it doesn't say everything I want it to say. # 2 is good, it shows his passion for music, but he's got a goofy look on his face while showing that passion. So I ruled it out. # 3 Tied Up. dies I LOVE this photo. LOVE it. But I have to agree it's not an album cover, an inner liner note thing.. sure I can totally see it. Giant poster on my wall? oh yeah (well, probably not - but computer wallpaper most definately) # 4 has some of the blurry art photo, and for me shows his passion for music while sharing some of his inner thoughts via tattoo. I liked it. #5 Is a great photo, but I'd put it inside the CD cover with tied up. #6 I don't know why he likes it so much. I do like the colour choice, but album cover. meh. #7 I like it and it stands out - but it's already dated - didn't he add some talons? lol #8 Doesn't say enough to me.

We all know he has a pretty face, so he doesn't need to show it. But how often do you see his bare back? I think I would have no problem buying an album with the Little Bastard showing..... he he.

I think it captures how he might be feeling right now. I think it would be cool if he used the wing span pic somewhere on the album material. It's a sweet pic. Very pretty. He justs needs to make the image a little more transparent. Then it should be easier to read text, especially the comments. It's nice to see him starting to decorate his space. I love a man's back and he does have a beautifuk one. I love all the pics but that one just fits to me. Think about this too: People who don't know JD yet(there are probably 2 or 3 out there....well, maybe) might not even know what he looks like. What a nice surprise to see that sexy back and then see his gorgeous face. sigh Seeing his back would definitely draw me into wanting to see what the rest of him looks like. Ahem.
